How long does my order take to ship?
All purchases are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery providing next working day delivery and require a signature upon delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within the UK and a few EU countries but please do email us at info@berkeleyboutique.co.uk or DM us on instagram if you really love a piece and we will see what we can do!
Warranty
Please note that as our bags are pre-loved, all items are sold as seen. We carefully check and describe each piece before sale, including any visible signs of wear. However, if you experience an issue with your bag within the first few months that does not appear to be the result of normal use, please email us and we will do our best to help. We have trusted contacts who may be able to assist with repairs or restoration.
What is your return policy?
Berkeley Boutique is a consignment business meaning we sell items on behalf of sellers and no not directly own any items purchased through this website. Consequently, we are unable to offer any cancellations, returns or exchanges on items purchased.
Items are inspected for their authenticity and reviews including photos and videos are provided on instagram @berkelyboutique_ If there is any doubt as to an items authenticity or suitability, please contact info@berkeleyboutique.co.ukprior to purchase.
